Restaurant  

Established in 1995, Sebastian's has earned the respect of a large number of locals who frequent the restaurant because of the quality of both the service and the cuisine. Set out with a fresh open layout with decor featuring the earthy tones of the Mediterranean you can also choose to enjoy the fresh air of a balmy night in the large alfresco area that surrounds the front of the restaurant.

There is also something very special about Sebastian's Italian Cafe! Sebastian himself enjoys dining out and values intimacy when dining. He believes that a conversation at your table doesn't need to be heard at the next table, likewise would rather not hear table talk from another table. For your comfort and convenience he has invested in a sound deadening product to reduce this effect within his own restaurant providing diners with a quiet, relaxed and intimate atmosphere to enjoy the fantastic authentic Italian food that has made this restaurant so popular with everybody that has experienced it.

Cuisine  

Sebastian's is extremely well regarded for the quality of the restaurant as a whole, but especially for the authenticity of the cuisine. The menu offers a variety of favourite traditional Italian dishes with a focus on home style cooking and Sicilian based recipes. Some of the dishes that have made them famous are the Pollo Piante - a whole plump chicken breast coated in cajun spices, smothered in a creamy bacon, sun dried tomato and light chilli sauce, served on a puffy potato mash. Osso Bucco - tender sliced shanks cooked peasant style with onion roasted capsicum in a tomato based sauce served with a creamy mash potato.

On the menu you'll also find a selection of seafood dishes, like the Barramundi - quality barramundi fillet, lightly flour dusted, and perfectly accompanied with hot chips and a garden fresh salad. You'll also love their pasta, another popular dish is the Alfredo - seasoned chicken pieces, fresh broccoli pieces and mushroom in a creamy white wine and garlic sauce, served on al dente fettucine.

Wood fired Pizzas  

Also a specialty at Sebastian's Italian Cafe are the pizzas, traditionally cooked to perfection in the wood fired oven, they offer a great selection come down and try them out they are all fantastic, you'll be sure to find a favourite!
